A competing website is defined as a website not owned/managed by Copa Hotel Pattaya.
If you find a rate on a competing website that is lower than the rate you have already booked through this website, we will honour the lower rate upon verification.
Rooms on the competing website must be publicly available for booking via the Internet at the time of verification.
Lower rates found must be for the same hotel, room type, dates and number of guests.
Guests must have a confirmed reservation made online via the Copa Hotel Pattaya website and quote the confirmation number when making a claim together with a link to the website where the lower rate is shown.
This Guarantee does not apply to:
Websites or rates where the hotel name and specific room type are not known until the booking is made.
Websites featuring “packaged rates” that includes, but not limited to: travel, entertainment and food components such as airfare and hotel stay, hotel stay and car rental, hotel stay and restaurant voucher, etc.
Qualified discount rates including, but not limited to, unpublished rates that have been negotiated by the Hotel with corporations, groups, associations, government or travel agencies.
Rates requiring memberships in a club, affinity program, or other organizations where the rates are specifically made available to a specific group of individual; only publicly available rates apply.
The Lowest Rate Promise cannot be combined with other offers or promotions (including without limitation coupon promotions).
Lower rates found on a competing website, that is lower due to the currency exchange rate and/or rounding applied on the competing website.
The Lowest Rate Promise does not apply to websites requiring membership, online memberships or programmes requiring a password or login to consult hotel rates and room availability. This includes all memberships and all programmes where membership is not automatic, plus (i) those which require consumers to “register” to become members; (ii) any online interface or mobile interface used by members and protected by a password; and (iii) where it is necessary for consumers to have completed a customer profile.
Copa Hotel declines any responsibility regarding any expenses that may arise from canceling a reservation, for all reservations made on any Internet site other than Copa Hotel Pattaya.
This Promise applies only to the room rate for the duration of the reservation and does not apply to taxes, gratuities, guest incidental charges, food and beverage charges, and any other fees or charges that may be incurred during the guest’s stay.
Copa Hotel Pattaya has the sole right and discretion to determine the validity of any claim, including without limitation, determining that the Competing Rate is genuinely available and that the claim meets all the terms and conditions. In case of dispute, the Copa Hotel Pattaya’s decision is final.
Copa Hotel Pattaya reserves the right to modify or terminate the Lowest Rate Promise and its terms and conditions of this Promise at any time and without prior notice.
