If you wish to check-in early, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for checking-in between 11am and 2pm and an additional fee equal to the full room rate if checking in before 11am.

If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate will be charged for extensions until 3pm, 50% for extensions until 6pm, and an additional fee equal to the full room rate for checking-out after 6pm.
Copa Hotel Pattaya is an “adult only hotel”, which means that nobody under the age of 18 years is allowed into the hotel.
Copa Hotel Pattaya is a NO SMOKING HOTEL. Smoking is prohibited inside the building. Guests who smoke, or allow others to smoke in their room will be subject to an extra room cleaning charge.
Please note that the UTOPIA card cannot be used with room promotions.
